Job Purpose and Impact

Head of Marketing provides local management and strategy for the marketing and business implementation to a complex business unit in Poland. In this role you will plan, build and deliver our marketing strategy for products and services and associated brand(s). In this role, you will drive business growth through assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions in line with business objectives. We are looking for a leader who will direct the coordination of market plans and launch programs to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product, product line or product area and lead the marketing transformation of our organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop  marketing strategy for products and services and associated brand(s); 
• Develop marketing plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business environment, while handling project budgets and report key performance metrics and analysis; 
• In collaboration with our Commercial and Business managers, recommend actions and oversee customer analysis for individual or groups of customers using Cargill marketing tools.
• Plan, create and produce marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials for large projects to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives;
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
• Minimum of six years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent English;
• Proven experience as Marketing Manager in Food industry;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills;
• Experience in team management;
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude;
• Open for frequent business trips;
• Preferred locations: Kraków or Poznań as our offices are in Slupca and Nowy Sacz; 
• Driving license.
